A charming 2 bedroom Ocracoke Island cottage with large screened porch and a second story open-air dining cupola. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a distant sound view from the top deck, this cottage is a great choice for couples or a small family.

The Main House is two bedrooms: (1) w/Double and (1) w/ Bunk bed. Futon in living area. One full bath (shower only). Maximum occupancy for the main house is 4.

There is an extra available sleeping area "The Barn." The Barn is located above the garage (in a separate building) offering 3 twins and one half bath and providing an additional maximum occupancy for 3 people. *If both units are rented, there is an additional $100/wk charge with maximum total occupancy 7, including children. Large A/C unit, NO HEAT, ceiling fan, wireless internet access, TV with DVD in living area and TV in double bedroom, microwave, dishwasher, phone, large kitchen/dining/living area with French doors leading onto the screened porch. NO HEAT. NO WASHER/DRYER.

The exterior offers a large screened porch with picnic tables, deck swing and ample seating. Decks. Outdoor shower. Park Style Charcoal Grill.
